e-learning, Co. Ltd. celebrated its 20th anniversary on October 10, 2020. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your support and patronage.

The starting point of e-learning, Co. Ltd. was a product called “Windows 2000 Core Technology”, which was an innovative LMS and content at the time, with over 50 hours of video, real-world simulations, and a real-time questioning system. From the time of our founding, when the term “e-learning” was not yet common, to the present, we have consistently provided e-learning construction, implementation support, and server construction based on the concept of “reproduction of classroom lessons.”

In 2011, we won the Japan e-Learning Grand Prize for Encouragement. Utilizing our accumulated experience and know-how, in 2012 we began providing SaaS for “Moodle”, the world’s largest LMS (Learning Management System). We are one of the few solution providers in Japan that can provide a one-stop solution for both the installation and support of OSS (Open Source Software) Moodle and server installation. In addition to providing services, we have developed our own plug-ins, such as ELSlide, ELVideo, and ELPay, with our advanced technical capabilities, and continue to contribute to the further evolution of Moodle.

In April 2014, Moodle Pty ltd. (Australia) certified our company as a “Moodle Partner”, and in February 2020, we were certified as a “Moodle Premium Partner”, a higher grade of certification, in recognition of the No.1 implementation record in Japan and our advanced technical and support capabilities. There are only a few companies in the world that have been certified as Moodle Premium Partners, but e-learning, Co. Ltd. is the first in the Asia Pacific region and currently the only Premium Partner in Japan.

Only Moodle Premium Partners are authorized to provide SaaS and hosting for Moodle Workplace, an extension of Moodle released in June 2020, so we are the only company in Japan to offer this service.

We will continue to conduce to society with our mission to contribute the development of DX human resources by providing the world’s standard e-learning platform, Moodle and Moodle Workplace.
